I help people using EMDR. EMDR is an effective technique that is approved by the Veteran's Administration to treat trauma, PTSD. Additionally, research has found that EMDR is effective in treating anxiety, depression, phobias, etc. Learn more about EMDR. If you've had talk therapy and want to try something different, EMDR is a great alternative to talk therapy.
Other Therapies I use
In addition to EMDR, I use Psychodynamic Relational Therapy, Mindfulness and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques if you prefer talk therapy. I use these methods to help you find clarity, uncover blocks that hinder you from moving forward and increase your awareness and presence in the moment.
